I grew up with Friends so, despite the fact that this is an obvious marketing ploy, I would quite like to go here:
From now until October 7, you can head on down to Soho’s Broadwick Street where the Warner Bros posse have recreated the set of Central Perk, the iconic café from US sitcom Friends. All the requisite details are there – oversized coral sofa, chintzy high stools, garish neon signs – as well as some cheesy additions (Friends posters, a flatscreen TV playing classic episodes). You can sign up for a voucher to get a free cup of coffee (drink-in only and one per person, they say), which is exactly what we did this morning.
