I spent the weekend in Brighton again. I was disappointed last year not to get a good weekend in terms of weather so imagine my delight at the glorious sunshine that basked the residents and tourists (not just down south I presume) – not even hayfever could really ruin it. Yesterday we just wondered around doing some shopping. As well as a couple of CDs and a vinyl purchase from the many great record shops that are littered throughout the town. But perhaps my finest purchase as a £5 polyphonic keyboard from a flea market. It is the cutest musical instrument ever! Yes, some of the keys are broken and yes, it runs on batteries, but I enjoy playing it even if the notes are limited and the songs you can perform are miniscule. Here’s me playing something you may recognise:
I’m also recording that on a new camera that was bought for me by my stepmum. It’s very nice and I’ll test it out properly when I see Patrick Wolf tomorrow.
